Part-Time Operations Manager
Location: Northshore, IL (Wilmette, Evanston, Skokie & nearby)
Hours: Flexible, 10–15 hours/week to start
Pay: $18–$20/hour
Part-time Operations Manager to support caregiver recruitment,
scheduling, compliance, and growth efforts. Flexible role, ideal for
someone who enjoys administrative and hands-on support work.
What You’ll Do:

Recruit and screen caregiver applicants

Use the IDPH background check portal
-
Assist with scheduling and onboarding
-
Maintain compliance and caregiver files
-
Support social media and local outreach
What We’re Looking For:

Strong organization & communication skills
-
Prior home care or healthcare admin experience
-
Familiarity with IDPH compliance rules
-
Caregiving or CNA experience preferred
-
CareSmartz360 experience a plus

Part-time, flexible position ideal for someone who values meaningful work and one-on-one care. Schedule: 15–20 hours per week (weekday & weekend availability preferred). Shifts: Daytime and early evening shifts available
What You'll Do
Provide non-medical in-home support with ADLs such as: Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing), Companionship & memory care support, Light housekeeping & meal preparation, Medication reminders, Local errands or appointments (using your vehicle)
Requirements
Min 2 years caregiving experience, CNA license preferred. Dementia care experience required. Reliable automobile for client travel (mileage reimbursed). Must pass IDPH background check. Strong communication, patience, and dependability.
