Operations Manager ($20-$30 Hr)
Location: Northshore, IL (Wilmette, Evanston, Skokie & nearby)
Hours: Flexible, 10–15 hours/week to start
Pay: $20-$30/hour (based on experience)
We’re looking for an experienced home care Operations Manager to support caregiver recruitment, scheduling, compliance, and growth efforts. Flexible role, ideal for
someone who enjoys administrative and hands-on support work.
What You’ll Do:

Recruit and screen caregiver applicants

Use the IDPH background check portal

Assist with scheduling and onboarding

Maintain compliance and caregiver files

Support social media and local outreach
What We’re Looking For:

Strong organization & communication skills

Prior home care or healthcare admin experience

Familiarity with IDPH compliance rules
-
Caregiving or CNA experience preferred

CareSmartz360 experience a plus
